with our experienced wedding designers and plan the flowers arrangements,

decorations and special touches for your perfect wedding day.

A price quote cannot be given over the phone because there are so many variables involved in each

bride’s special needs for her dream perfect day.  Prices are determined by the flower selections, the number

of arrangements, style and size of these arrangements, delivery and set-up fees.  All of your options need

to be discussed personally with our floral designers, for you to receive an appropriate quote.


Pricing for weddings include:  Flowers & Wedding purchases, Delivery Charges for all of the locations, Set-Up Fee                           (if applicable) + NYS Tax.

Deposit Schedule:

A $100 deposit is required when the wedding is confirmed and the date is “Booked.”  The confirmation should be made as soon as possible.  If the wedding has not been booked, the date continues to be available for other weddings or events and the date may become unavailable for you.  We do not book more events for a day or weekend than we can satisfy well.  For this reason, you should make your deposit promptly to confirm and' Book your date. 


Complete and final payment is required 2 weeks prior to the Wedding Date.  Payments may be made periodically during the period or payment may be in full at any time.  Payment may be by cash, check, credit or debit cards.  If payment is not made in full by the 2-week requirement, your wedding’s fresh flowers will not be ordered in for your wedding and cancellation calculations will be in effect.



In the event of a cancellation of the wedding flower order:


2 months (9 weeks), or more, before the Wedding Date – you will receive all of your deposited money EXCEPT $50.


8 weeks to 2 weeks before the Wedding Date – you will receive all of your deposited money EXCEPT $100.


In less than 2 weeks (when payment has been made in full) – you will pick up the flowers and materials that have been purchased for you, calculated at our retail price….. 

        (A) IF THEY HAVE NOT BEEN DESIGNED, you will receive the labor calculations, delivery fees, set-up fees and                          associated NYS sales taxes in refund,

        (B) IF THEY HAVE BEEN DESIGNED, you will pick up all of the prepared flower arrangements and materials, and                    ONLY receive the delivery fees, set-up fees and associated NYS sales taxes in refund.
